1. Regulatory Compliance

TikSend operates as a technology platform facilitating last-mile delivery services between businesses, individuals, and independent bike riders. We are registered and operate in accordance with the relevant commercial laws and regulations governing technology-enabled logistics platforms in each jurisdiction where we operate.

TikSend complies with all applicable laws relating to data protection, consumer rights, financial transactions, and employment/contractor classifications as required by each country and state in which we provide services.

2. Rider Classification

TikSend riders are independent contractors and not employees of TikSend. Each rider is responsible for their own tax obligations, insurance (where applicable beyond what TikSend provides), and compliance with local traffic and road use laws. TikSend provides tools and support but does not direct or control the specific manner in which riders perform their work beyond platform quality and safety standards.

3. Financial & Payment Compliance

All payment processing on the TikSend platform is handled through licensed, regulated payment service providers. TikSend complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements where mandated. We do not store raw card or banking data on our servers.

4. Data Protection

TikSend is committed to protecting the personal data of all users in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect, store, and process personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.

5. Prohibited Items

TikSend strictly prohibits the use of its platform for the delivery of:

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials
  • Stolen goods or items of disputed ownership
  • Counterfeit products or intellectual property infringements
  • Human or animal trafficking materials
  • Hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials
  • Any item prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Dispute Resolution

TikSend provides a built-in dispute resolution mechanism accessible through the app and website. Users are encouraged to raise disputes within 48 hours of a delivery completion or cancellation. Our resolution team aims to resolve all disputes within 72 hours of submission.
