Part 1

Vehicle Requirements

  • Motorcycle (125cc or above) or standard bicycle in good working condition
  • Valid vehicle registration / proof of ownership document
  • Road-worthiness certificate (motorcycles only)
  • Valid vehicle insurance (third-party minimum)
  • No major mechanical defects — lights, brakes, and tyres must be functional
  • Cargo capacity: must be able to carry packages up to 10kg
  • Vehicle must be less than 10 years old (motorcycles)
Part 2

Personal Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid government-issued ID (National ID card, Driver's Licence, or International Passport)
  • Active smartphone (Android 8+ or iOS 12+) with mobile data
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Clean background check — no criminal record involving theft, fraud, or assault
  • Physically capable of handling deliveries (lifting up to 10kg)
  • Must reside in or near a TikSend service area

  • Vehicle registration document or proof of ownership
  • Vehicle insurance certificate
  • Road-worthiness certificate (motorcycles — current year)
  • Clear profile photo (face visible, no sunglasses)
  • Bank account details for payment (name, account number, bank)
  • Next-of-kin contact information
