Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Fill in your name, phone number, and email address. Upload a clear photo of yourself for your rider ID badge. Make sure your photo is recent and shows your face clearly.

Enter your motorcycle or bicycle details — make, model, year, and registration plate number. Upload your vehicle proof of ownership or registration document. Commercial bikes must have valid road-worthiness certification.

TikSend runs a fast background check using the information you submitted. This protects our customers and ensures the safety of every delivery. You will need a valid government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
Background checks typically complete within 2–6 hours.
Once verified, you'll receive an invitation to a short online orientation session (under 30 minutes). This covers the TikSend app features, delivery protocols, customer interaction guidelines, and safety policies.
